This production was awesome! I loved the personal stories, punctuated by music. They were very touching and inspirational and helped me understand the word “peace” from another level

I highly recommend this performance. Original, refreshing and inspirational. Each peace monologue approached peace from a unique perspective, but with a weave of fresh music and other aspects that tied it all together into a beautiful flow of “a-ha” and “ahhh” moments. Deeply moving. You will walk away changed.

A delightful, touching evening of sharing from each of the production members. A very creative way of presenting an eclectic view of peace and how it comes about. The production invited and enticed each of us to to look at our own relationship to peace and to inquire into our individual way of coming to peace. A refreshing conversation to initiate.

This show was peaceful; it put my partner to sleep. While some of the stories had potential to be developed, honed, and created for performance, I felt like I was eavesdropping on personal stories that would have been appropriate in a small group, rather than a performance.

I found Got Peace? fresh and authentic. The music and stories were cohesive - not an easy task with ten performers. Ben and Regina sang beautifully together - there was something particularly haunting about the clarity of their voices in harmony. The diversity within the cast made for an interesting variety of narratives around a central theme. Ruben was a multicultural and linguistic event in and of himself. Each teller had a distinctive voice and while they were in fact personal stories I never felt like I was eavesdropping - more like I was invited in.

This show was amazing and inspirational. I cried and laughed. I was uplifted and enlightened. The performers spoke directly from the heart and it touched mine deeply. I saw it twice and it was twice as good the second time!
