One night only. Mr. Seal delineates how Dean Martin, Bob Dylan, Pete Seegar/The Byrds and John Lennon all stole song ideas from Qoheleth, the author of the Hebrew Bible Classic Ecclesiastes.

Special Note: Dean J. Seal will also be teaching a workshop during the festival entitled “Church and Stage” about how to make the Bible interesting to young people. It is also about how to use theater as a fundraiser, as a means of outreach, and as a means of praxis, i.e. living out your theology in practice in the community. Saturday, February 28th from 1:00 - 3:00 and Saturday, March 7th from 1:00 - 3:00.

Cast Bio(s):
Dean J. Seal is the Executive Artistic Director of Spirit in the House. He is a storyteller, playwright and drama minister. He works with the young people at Northeast Community Lutheran Church, teaches religion at Augsburg College, and is Artist in Residence at the Passport Players in St. Paul.
